Things needed to Wrestle: Please take care of the following items well before the season begins: · Go to http://www.havasu.k12.az.us/high-school/athletics/ in order to get all of your paperwork needed to wrestle. There are 11 links you have to read and 6 forms you have to fill out. · Get a Physical and have physical form (from website) filled out by physician. · Either Pay athletic fee through Tax Credit or make payment arrangements with Mrs. Kitchel in athletic office front desk. You can also have someone else do a tax credit in your name to cover your fee as well. ($400 for 1 or 3 sports) The athletic fee or payment arrangements must be in place before the first competition or you can’t compete.  *      Our program really depends on tax credits so please try to get 3 tax credits per wrestler to help fund our program.  Right now, we need to come up with $4200 in extra tax credits to help pay for our varsity, jv, and freshmen tournaments(buses, lodging, entry fee, bus drivers).  So if you have cousins, siblings, or family friends/neighbors who aren't doing a tax credit, please ask them to put a tax credit into the system and put your child's name as the tax credit sponsor so we know your child brought in that tax credit into our athletic program. -       Parents, I need an email address and phone number as well so I add you to a wrestling parent contact list and keep you in the loop for upcoming events, meeting, news and you can contact me as well with any questions.  Please include both parent/guardian names and athlete's name.
